Fire
safety at work starts with the company employees. Awareness
of potential fire hazards and how to avoid the situations
which cause fires is an essential part of everyday working
life.

The training of employees in what to do in the event of fire,
the keeping of records to show training given, to who and
by whom etc. All these items are required by both the Health
and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Fire Safety Order. Employees
are usually not involved with the supply and maintenance of
equipment but MUST be involved with the training.

Fire Safety Advice.
